At the stunning Vines and Branches Retreat Centre in Lower Plenty, Victoria, Melbourne. We can help organise lifts from your home or airport to the venue if required..

We have the delicious Ricky Copinath catering for lunch and dinner on Sat and Lunch on Sunday for $80. You can bring you own food but I highly recommend Rickys delicious vibrant offerings. He can cater for most dietary requests.
Accommodation
Limited Accommodation is available in shared rooms at the venue for an extra $40 a night. Let us know when you register if you want this option You will need your own breakfasts if you are staying over.

Frequently Asked Questions
What will we actually be doing?
This weekend is woven of physical activities including breathwork, movement and dancing alongside exploration exercises including visualisations and written exercises. There will also be a large amount of group interaction in partners, small groups and the whole group. There is also an invitation for a bit of touch in specific practices but it is not a requirement.
What do I need to wear?
Wear loose comfortable clothing, layers and a change of clothes because you will be moving and probably sweat. This will be a physically dynamic weekend so come dressed like you are ready to dance.
What is my training or lineage to be sharing this work?
I have been blessed with too many teachers to mention here but the heart of this work was born from my long term mentor and dear friend Dorothea whom has mentored (and kicked my butt) for over 25 years. Her core teaching is about becoming an empty channel for your Essence (she calls it ‘the boss’) to flow through you. This is the core invitiation that is both where the work comes from and the invitation to you. To allow what is within to flow so freely that magic is born from within and pours into the world.
Is this trauma informed work?
I have been trained by trauma therapist Amanda Patterson from the Somatic Wisdom Institute and others but this is NOT A TRAUMA INFORMED SPACE. I would call this a trauma aware space. This immersion is designed to be mentally, emotionally and physically challenging and I will be treating you as someone who can hold themselves and their boundaries fully. If you have trauma or issues that you are concerned could interfere with this ‘self responsible’ participation then I recommend reaching out to us or finding a space designed specially to serve that need. I deeply believe trauma informed spaces are vital, yet this initiation is designed to welcome the wildness of life which means the sensitive, attuned space you may need will not be here. We are consciously moving into painful and uncomfortable places because that's where we find the wild gold.
I have a physical/medical condition that may get in the way
This is definitely a demanding space and so awareness of your limitations is vital. We are open to supporting any needs you may have to make the space welcome for you. In terms of activity we will be doing breathwork, movement, dance, group exercises and engaging in rigorous self exploration. Confer with your medical professional if you are unsure if this will be suitable for you and/or reach out to us with any questions.
What if I can’t make every session?
Definitely best to make all sessions over the weekend so it is unlikely it will work to miss any part of the whole weekend because it is a deliberately designed sequential journey, not just individual sessions. Yet if it is for a short amount of time at a time that works then we may consider it. Please email us with the exact times and reason and we can let you know if it can work.

I'm Arion Light
If you want to know a little about me, here is my story.
15 years ago my wife, and mother to our young son, was diagnosed with terminal cancer and everything fell apart. Yet in her last months on earth we found a love that was deeper than anything we had ever known. Not just a love between us but a love through us and all around us. She called it ‘the love that cannot die and it was a miracle beyond all words and understanding. It wasn’t just a ‘feeling’ but a living current of love that awakened me both to the miracle of the moment and it guided my every action.
When she passed in my arms it was the most horrific time and the deepest experience of love I have ever known. I committed my life to this love and that began a journey to learn how to cultivate this current of love throughout my whole life. It wasn't just an inner feeling but a potent creative fire that ignited me to serve more fully than I dreamed.
I learned how to attune my body, my actions and my whole life to this current. In time I found others who had also tasted this love and helped them become this love fully as well. This then turned into the Warriors of Love programs running retreats, year long trainings and practitioner trainings. I have also created the Synergy process to attune our conscious and unconscious to the love. I have helped tens of thousands people attune to this current and awaken their creative power born from this love.
I have also been heavily involved in mens work for decades as a founding member of Menergy, Australias biggest mens gathering and I am on the board of the charity Island of Men.
So now I serve others full time who have tasted this love to live it fully within them and through their lives. I parent my happy 16yp son and walk my two dogs by the river and the trees just outside of Melbourne, Australia.
